Objective 1

Understand the renewal process for the Florida respiratory care license including continuing education requirements and fees. Learn the laws of the Florida Board of Respiratory Care and the Florida Department of Health pertaining to licensed respiratory therapists. Become familiar with the disciplinary grounds and actions including violations and recommended range of penalties.
